Please note that the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, you must make a claim within 10 business days by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are not satisfied with our product and would like to return it for a full refund (less return shipping), please return the device in the original packaging within 60 calendar days from delivery date. Please allow up to three business days for processing. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All returns received with damaged or missing components may be subject to additional fees. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. To return your product, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll provide you with the nearest address where to ship.Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returned to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed right away, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
